Job Description
|
A Project Manager (Muslim) is needed to join a highly successful Building Contractor engaged in the construction of Hotels and Multi-storey/High-rise Buildings in the Western Region (Makkah and Madinah), and Central Region, Saudi Arabia. The job will involve you supervising and managing a large team of managers and engineers. You must possess strong core skills in computer, i.e. Timberline for estimating, Primavera for project management, Expedition for contract management. A dynamic and strong personality with good communication and negotiation skills and excellent leadership and analytical abilities is essential.

Candidate Profile
|
It is vital that you have over 10-years experience in a senior management role, ideally having prior experience of a cost management position as well, and have handled a project not less than SR.50 Millions.
A degree level qualification in Civil Engineering (or M.B.A.) will be highly advantageous, as well factors such as chartered status or progression towards membership of a professional institution. Strong core skills such as communication, liaison and computer are necessary, along with good literacy and innumeracy. A PMP or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will be preferred.
