Job Description
|
Project's Director :
• Manage and supervise a team of Project Managers, you will be responsible for the overall project management, coordination and successful completion of the project in accordance with client requirements, organizational policy/procedures, contract specifications, and time and cost objectives.
• Establish and implement project plans, enforce project standards and manage project budgets and resources.
• Identify project barriers and recommend risk mitigation techniques and induct technical reviews.

Candidate Profile
|
• Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on technical expertise and proven ability to execute all mega projects from concept design to completion.
• Minimum : Degree in Civil Engineering with Architecture background and exposure in Project Management.
• Preferably bi-lingual (English and Arabic)

Skill Set
|
• Demonstrate first-rate project management and strong leadership skills.
• Be an analytical decision maker with commercial acumen, excellent project & time management skills and good communication skills.
