Job Description
|
•Working at Project sites in Dubai, and supervisory work performing foreman activities of civil construction, work is preformed independently.
•Supervises skilled, unskilled, and technical staff employed on original construction.
•Supervises all works of construction projects.
•Supervises preparation and maintenance maps detailing of planning, zoning , improvements and utilities.
•Performs related work as required.
Excellent package of AED 6-7 k offered

Candidate Profile
|
•A minimum of 4 years experience in building work / houses / warehouse construction.
•Experience in concrete / shuttering / plasters / painting / false ceiling / tiling etc.
•Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with the site engineer, skilled and unskilled labor.
•Ability to work independently and follow oral and written instructions.
•Proficiency in use of MS. Office and MS Windows XP of higher.
