Job Description
|
Preparation of contractual documents (MOH , MOU, LOI, Agreements, Enclosures, Amendments, Contracts,…).
Preparation of contractual correspondences .
Preparation of Bid documents
Evaluation of contracts and respective documents .
Assistance to executive team for compliance with contracts
Following close-out of contracts
Interpretation of contractual documents.
Supervision of contractual figures and timing
Preparation of supportive analysis /documentation of contracts
Risk analysis of contracts
Claim management assistance
Performance tracking of contracts
Reporting/recording contracts
Evaluation of Bid documents and preparing classifications/comments
Preparation of brief reports on contracts and Bid documents
Negotiation of contracts for conclusion
Familiarity with bidding process

Candidate Profile
|
B.S. in engineering or graduate of law . Experienced in contract preparation and analysis & bidding process. In absence of professional experience, eager and zeal interest in contracts and legal matters is required.
Good ability of analysis and recording , negotiation capabilities ,understanding EPC contracts, insurance and financial matters of contracts, industrial experience are required.
