Job Description
|
1.HR system operation assessment
2.To Measure requirement and program training
3.To provide administrative support for recruitment purposes in arranging interviews and deliver successful assessment centers
4. Establish and maintain records and filing systems for all recruitment processes to ensure their efficient and effective use
5.To coordinate the entry process for new comers & exit process for leavers and ensure that all records have been updated thereby eliminate the risk of any legal exposure
6. To support administering the HR information system, and deliver timely and accurate management information for enabling sound management decision
