Job Description
|
- Manage and ensure growth within the Dept in compliance with established performance objectives .
- Monitor and report on budgets and performance as well as maintain and develop broker relationships.
- Ensure all written customer communications are in accordance with established corporate standards.
- Establish and manage proper training services, courses, etc. to ensure all subordinates are properly trained.
- Coordinate sales activities with Branch Offices to maintain the highest standards of performance.
- Monitor and analyze the business unit portfolios, including coordination and preparation of periodic reports.
- Monitor compliance with legal or other regulatory requirements
