Job Description
|
professional financial Controller who will be responsible for the day to day finance function & operation including preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually consolidated accounts, annual budgets/forecasts, strategic planning and board reporting, periodical information review & Analysis and cost & productivity analysis, monitoring preparation of audit documents, direct development, maintenance and execution of fiscal policies, accounting & internal financial controls, supervising Accounts team, critical assessment of group level financial reporting and control procedures and systems, preparing/reviewing management accounts ( & supporting documentation), ad-hoc projects, preparing statutory accounts, managing audit, cash flow/credit control/call credit process, Payroll, Corporation tax, Insurance, External financial relations like banks, auditors etc.
