Job Description
|
Marketing Manager is directly responsible to the General Manager for the following:- -Source for business, and tendering opportunities for the company's core business; -Seek new ventures; -Develop business and marketing strategies; -Formulate, prepare and implement business plan; -Identify and evaluate investment projects; -Make inroads into new areas of expansion of the company's business; -Maintain and update the company’s project information system; -Conduct annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys and analyse the feedback for management review and continual improvements; -Establish and maintain the Company’s Management System pertaining to his function; -Ensure effective implementation of the quality programme in the Company; -Work closely with the Department -Heads/Project Managers to resolve any quality issues to improve the overall quality standards in the Company. The Marketing Manager shall also assist GM in securing jobs in the market including submitting tender to potential clients. The Marketing Manager shall also carry out annual sale forecast and quarterly review including cash flow forecast report.
