Job Description
|
Gathers detailed requirements from business users for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing projects. Ability to work directly with Business units to develop user requirements and report specification. Interfaces with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SME’s and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met within a software package. Developing functional specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and document a common understanding of project requirements.
Determines how changing business needs will affect existing systems.

Candidate Profile
|
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as IT business analyst at least 2 years in a bank or financial institution. Utilizing Business Process Reengineering concepts and methods. Expert in MS Visio, MS Office products and other related tools. Training and Technical Writing experience a plus. Functional Specification Development and Documentation.
