|
Respond to telephone calls, emails and faxes. Provide information about products, services and policies. Obtain and process the information required to serve customers and solve their problems, investigates customer complaints and coordinate/escalate to the concerned for appropriate action.

Experice in the configuration, analysis and troubleshooting of Windows based and Macintosh computers. ability to troubleshoot computer and oerioheral issues including modems/routers. Ability to investigate and solve basic haedware and/or software setup problems or errors using established procedures. agood understanding of Internet concepts and technology is needed also some knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, IP routing and Switching, DNS, DHCP and security tools
