Job Description
|
Overview: • The successful executive will be responsible for setting the corporate human resources strategy as well as supporting business unit initiatives. • The GM of HR will serve as a member of our senior management team, enabling him to establish and nourish a strong linkage between corporate goals and relevant human resource strategy programs and solutions, both at the corporate level and throughout the various business units. • He will lead a team of Human Resource professionals who will design and deliver development, recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations to the company and its business units. • He will oversee the performance of Support services, safety, security and facility departments of the company and make sure they meet company requirements.
