Job Description
|
•Supports the development of strategic objectives, corporate strategy & developing appropriate policies & procedures for the strategic planning.
•Coordinates the planning process with SBUs of the group & program, manage and consolidate the plans of respective SBUs.
•Reviews periodically the divisions' & corporate performance against predefined plans.
•Provides advisory services to the Management and Business Units on technical and financial issues and acts as Technical Adviser to Division Heads in all matters related to business planning.
•Initiates and implements corporate strategies, plus creating mechanisms that help the BU to achieve their objectives.

Candidate Profile
|
•A Bachelor degree in BA is required with a Master degree (MBA).
•Total 10 + years of experience of which 6 to 8 years in a managerial position involving projects development planning, preferably with an organization undertaking turn-key projects.
•Sharp-minded, highly analytical with an eye for details.
•Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
