Job Description
|
- Females, Russian or Romanian preferred.
-Achieve sales quota as assigned by manager, visiting about 5 to 7 companies (prospects or existent users) daily.
- Report needs and status of assigned areas (visit reports)
- Report all sales activities on daily basis to manager.
- Increasing sales volumes within assigned areas.
- Focus on new corporate sales channels and encourage new services and packages.
- Maintain high level of exposure in the media market.
- Follow up on corporate (after sales service and customer satisfaction)
- Convince customers who intend to terminate their yearly contracts to remain at the company, satisfying their expectations according to their needs.
- Support promotional and other company activities as directed by manager.
- Maintain complete and updated knowledge of all offers and prices, plans, services and promotions offered by the company as well as maintaining a good knowledge of the competitors' offers and services.
- Ensure and maintain complete and updated knowledge of all publishing & media services offered by the company.
- Follow-up on and ensure that all customer requirements, problems and complaints are solved in a timely manner
- Responsible for periodically contacting customers/accounts to ensure that all their needs are covered, they are receiving proper service and to up-date them with new developments from the company.
